Wild Dreams of New Beginnings (2006)

Tom Van Laere travelled again to the United States to record his third album. He worked with producer Malcolm Burn, who arranged a duet with Emmylou Harris (Coming of the Knight). Wild Dreams of New Beginnings, which appeared in the stores on October 10, 2006, is more calm than its predecessor, but receives a warm welcome. "Wild Dreams Of New Beginnings completes a hattrick that has rarely been seen in the Belgian rock scene. In a righteous world, this was already an all time classic," reviews Soundslike.

Songs (2005)

To record his second album, Tom Van Laere travels to the United States, the country of his inspiration. In LA, Admiral Freebee is assisted by John Hanlon, the sound engineer of Neil Young. The studio line-up consisted of musicians who had worked with Morrissey. "It's an overwhelming cd, with the prefect mix of powerful rockers and ballads," proclaims the Belgian magazine Humo. Songs wins a gold record and Admiral Freebee is even asked to support dEUS on their international tour.

Admiral Freebee (2003)

On February 7th, 2003, three years after the silver medal and the price awarded by the public at Humo's Rock Rally, Admiral Freebee releases his self-titled debut album in Belgium. The rocking song Ever Present and most notably the moving ballad Rags 'n' Run are well received by the listeners and the album sells like hot cakes: Admiral Freebee tops the Belgian charts. His triumph march follows in 2004 when Admiral Freebee receives, besides three other Zamu-Awards, the award for Belgium's best album. At the same ceremony is announced that the cd had been sold 25.000 times, and a gold record was awarded.
